    Just amazing. The bread is phenomenal, it's one of my favorite lunch spots!
    I work in the area and I go here at least once a week.

    Extremely disappointed. The food is great, no question about that. However, I am just leaving after having waited 40 minutes for my food - 4 sandwiches. Granted, it was during the lunch rush. However, there were people who did not call in their order ahead of time that arrived 20 minutes after me and left before with their food. My husband is not a confrontational person but he had to speak to the woman and ASK HER TO PLEASE MAKE MY SANDWICH. She seemed confused and frankly, seems like she just forgot. After paying $50 and waiting 40 minutes, I am pissed. There was absolutely no apology, just excuses. I am still reeling and completely appalled from the terrible customer service.

    2nd time here. Had the Napoli. Very fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned!
    I am making it a point to come to NICKS whenever I am in the area.

    We went here because of an article in the paper raving that the Meatball Parmesan hero was one of the best. Can't say that I disagree. In fact I wholeheartedly agree. The meatballs were tender and unbelievably tasty. There was just the right amount of sauce and cheese. It wasn't drippy wet but it was sufficiently sauced. It wasn't covered in the sea of mozzarella cheese, but I had more than enough. But the Crowning glory of this hero that puts it in the.

    I went there after reading this review..I'm a lover of good meat balls.
    Sad to say I can't agree with this review. The meatballs in my hero were on the hard side, hard meatballs just don't  cut it with me.  Also the sauce was very thin and needed more sauce, the mozz was nothing to write home about either.
    Don't think I'll be back. Much better meatball hero's close by.

    PS  Because of the ice storm I might have got yesterday's meatballs?

    This is a clean looking place. It has a variety of sandwiches but no tuna option. I think i cant give it four stars because there is not anything special i can think of with my sandwich. What does skeeve me is the long hair not in a haircap while preparing and preparing the sandwich with no gloves. I dont want anyone who touches money, phones, registers with their bare hands & then touching my food with those unwashed hands. I wish the place success but i will continue my search for a great shop
